Tips from our ski instructor Norbert

    • Skilehrer in RussbachIt's worth to do some training before your winterholiday starts. So you avoid sore muscles and you can enjoy every day more!

    • The right equipment is very important  - for beginners as well as for advanced skiers

    • Skis and boards which are prepared properly mean more fun on the slope! See your winter sports expert!

    • After a longer use you need to control the adjustment of your binding - safety is only guaranteed by a check once a year.

    • Rent your skis! You always get the newest, best prepared skis! If you want to have something by your own: Get yourself some boots, which fit properly!

    • Take enough time for buying ski-boots!

    • When the winter-season starts, some little mistakes creep in one's technique style - do 1 - 2 private lessons in your skischool and you ski better than before!

    • Don't ski only when the sun is shining! Skiing and Boarding in a snow flurry, in fog or slushy snow  are good for balance and the right feeling for the snow.

    • Use sun protectors! Through the reflection of the snow, the solar radiation is much stronger  - even when it's foggy and cloudy!

    • Helmets are in! Especially for kid's, helmets guarentee additional security. By the way: you can also rent helmets!

Do some warm-up-training in the morning! It reduces the risk of injury and makes fun!
